This is more of a 3.75 stars, but I'm giving it a 4 because of sentimental reasons as this place means a lot to someone close to me. The staff here are friendly and very helpful, and they do things pretty quickly. They listen and that's great. All the dishes here are pretty much all your Cantonese-style dishes, from seafood to stir-fry, to soups, fried rice, chow mein of all kinds...you name it. My favorite here is the Yang Chow Fried Rice and their beef dish. Oh, and their Wonton Soup is really good - the wontons are really meaty and juicy all around. The only thing I don't get here is that they use *a lot* of cooking oil...every dish that came out here was drenched in oil. I love flavor, but dripping oil is really not that good tasting, guys. Maybe drain some of it off or use less? Flavor can still be good without so much oil. The restaurant has comfortable timeless vibes. Feels like it could be your favorite childhood restaurant, or like you've stepped back into the 90s with all the deorated solid wooden chairs and tables. Feels kinda like home, is what it feels like. Parking here can be tough because it's shared with other businesses here, including a big restaurant right next door. So, if you come here on the weekends, expect to circle around or park somewhere further. But pretty good place if you'd like to have some Cantonese-style dishes.

Cantonese Comfort food. Been here many times just for the Wonton noodle soup. Very consistent. Perfect for those cold rainy days or late nights. Menu is pretty solid with the usual dry style beef chow fun, salty pork chops, rock cod steamed fish, house fried rice. Dim sum in the morning is great also with lady's pushing the carts to feed us. Great to get in, not much or no waiting with large parking lot. Next to Big 5 Sporting Goods.

Note: more 3.5 stars Came for their toted 3-5 pm happy hour just because it's a Chinese tradition thing. Not very busy, but they did have business throughout the time we were there. We got seated pretty quickly and the service is as expected of a Chinese establishment. In total, most of us got their wonton soup as it's a dollar cheaper and you get a free drink out of it. We also did a soy sauce stir fry noodles, shrimp rice roll (Cheung fun), and a liver congee to share. The items were of a decent quality and they came out relatively quick. Not much to write home about for the Cheung fun and soy sauce stir fry noodles. They were pretty much as expected from most places. The liver in the congee was severely overcooked though. So, not the best and honestly a tad off putting to eat dried and overcooked liver. On to the main reason why we came, my parents really liked the wonton soup here and I think it has a good sustenance as well. The wontons are decently sized and each one individually has a shrimp in it that makes it very delectable. The only con was that I asked for thin flat noodles (hor fun) instead of their usual won ton noodles. The hor fun wasn't drained properly so there was still a lot of water retained in the bowl so when the soup was added, the soup was overly diluted. Highly suggest to not get it with hor fun even if you like it with hor fun more. All in all, nice spot for the 3-5pm snack like in HK, but honestly, you can make it an early dinner just to snag the deal if you like. No extra flair place where you pay for decent food that won't break your bank. Worth a visit or more for meals and to formulate your own opinions.

Crispy pork belly is normally difficult to make, but this place did an excellent job. The pork had crispy skin, tender meat with a slightly chewy texture, and a balanced ratio of fat to meat. Surprisingly, it didn't taste greasy at all. When dipped in the sauce, it became sweet and flavorful. Pairing it with a cup of tea and a bowl of rice made for a perfect meal. $20 for the dish buy big portion! Worth the price!!

We went to this place for dinner, not crowded. The BBQ duck in the 2 combo was excellent, char siu a bit lean but no red dye and tasted good. My friend loved the vegetable dish not oily or salty. The glass noodles in the garlic shrimp pot was mighty delicious, great flavoring and easy to digest, not greasy or salty. My friend was satisfied with this meal. Free rice comes with each dish whereas most places charges by the bowl. Good value.

I haven't been to this location for a long time. Tonight, I have dinner at this location. The service was good and they are not busy. I noticed they removed all of the dishes that contain oysters. We had the eggs plant hot pot, bbq combo, 煎鑲三寶, and mushroom with beef. All of them tasted really good. Unfortunately, they don't have the 豬軟骨anymore.

:: Food :: We ordered the Breakfast Special and chose Pig's Liver and Kidney in Congee, Beef Rice Noodle, and a Hot Coffee. Everything in this set was pretty good, the liver and kidney in the congee was not overcooked! I wished the beef rice noodle had a little bit more meat though. We also ordered the Egg White with Dried Scallop Fried Rice and that was good too, pretty standard. :: Service :: The gentlemen that work there are nice. :: Parking :: Parking is easy to find early in the morning, it can get packed pretty quick.
